Event Number Changes

Please destroy all event registration forms printed prior to 05/06/2024 - Event numbers in MUSIC have changed.

Change to guidelines / rego kit - PAPERWORK

Initially, we required all paperwork (reports, music scores, scripts, etc.) to be uploaded to the Accelerate Convention Portal (ACP) by the close of registration, eliminating the need to bring physical copies to the convention as per the 2024 guidelines. This also added a need for schools to have all paperwork ready and submitted to us by registration close date (up to one month before convention date). However, we have decided to adjust this requirement for the first in-person convention to help schools/HSSPs get accustomed to using the ACP. The updated requirements are as follows:

Early Entry Events
- Paperwork must still be submitted via the ACP by the close of registration for the following events:
  - Persuasive Essay Writing
  - Book Report
  - Poetry Writing
  - Short Story Writing
  - Digital Art
  - Graphic Design
  - Website Development
  - Radio Play
  - Video Production
  - PowerPoint Presentation (both Linear & Non-Linear)
  - All Music Composition
  - All Music Arranging
  - All Scripture Awards
Live Events & Exhibits (unless early entry)
- Physical copies must be provided on event day
  - For all events requiring reports, scripts, music scores, etc., students must bring 3 physical copies to hand to the judges upon entering the event room, as done in previous conventions.

Judges' Forms Reminder

Judges' forms no longer need to be printed and brought to the convention. These will be available online, pre-loaded/ filled automatically. You will only need to enter the context/title via event submission in the ACP.
